study aims to know the role of the human requirements, technical, and managerial of the electronic management method in improving public service within the Electronic Citizen Service Center (ECSC), and investigate the differences in individuals’ viewpoints in their evaluation of these requirements and their evaluation of service performance according to their demographic characteristics differences, To achieve this objective, The researcher, relied on a convenient, non-probability sample rather than restricting or limiting this internet-based community. We posted the survey link on several social media channels. SPSS software was used to display and analyze the study results.The importance is highlighted by highlighting the role that e-administration can play in improving public service in the Syrian Telecommunications Company, and contributing to enriching the library's balance regarding studies that address e-services in government institutions.
The study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant role for the technical, human, and administrative requirements of the e-Citizen Service Center in improving the quality of public service. There are also "statistically significant differences in the sample members' responses to the study variables, attributable to differences in their personal characteristics or demographic, which is the gender variable.
