Abstract

  • The current research aims to identify the level of self-management skills possessed by kindergarten teachers in the city of Tartous. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a questionnaire Self –management skills consisting of (34) items distributed across three dimensions (personal, scientific, and social). The researcher verified the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it Was distributed to a sample of (104) kindergarten teachers during the academic year (2024 - 2025), relying on the descriptive method. Was examined of the sample members using the (SPSS) program was analyzed, and the results were as follows:
  • The findings revealed that the research sample demonstrated a low level of Self –management skills
  • The analysis showed no significant differences in the level of Self –management skills among the research sample on the two variables (type of kindergarten, years of service).
  • The research concluded with a set of recommendations, including:
  • Conducting training workshops to develop self-management skills among kindergarten teachers.
  • Holding conferences in the field of human skills and capacity development, showcasing successful experiences, and exchanging expertise.
  • Motivating kindergarten teachers both materially and morally to use various learning resources and apply them to serve educational goals.
