Abstract

The aim of the study was to identify the standards for designing e-learning for         electronic educational platforms, To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted, The researcher developed an initial list of standards, It was distributed to (8) experts with experience and specialization in the field of educational technology and teaching methods at Tartous University,  in order to obtain their feedback, opinions, and suggestion regarding the main domains, sub-domains, and items. The agreement percentage was calculated using cooper's formula. The list of standards was revised based on the evaluators' feedpack. Subsequently, the final version of the instructional design standards for electronic learning platforms was developed. It consisted of two main domains: technical standards and pedagogical standards. These included seven sub-domains, These were further divided into (65) sub-standards (items).
