The aim of the research was to reveal the obstacles to the implementation of digital education in the first cycle of basic education schools in the city of Tartous from the teachers' point of view, the research adopted the descriptive approach because it is appropriate to the nature of the research, the research sample consisted of (278) male and female teachers from the first cycle of basic education schools in the city of tartous during the (2023-2024) academic year, They were selected by simple random method and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data after verifying its validity and reliability ,the research results showed that the obstacles to implementing digital education in the first cycle of basic education school in Tartous, from the teachers' point of view, were high with an arithmetic mean of (3,839) and the obstacles related to the learner came in the first place with an arithmetic mean of (4.056), followed by the obstacles related to the teacher in the second place with an arithmetic mean of (3.812) and the obstacles related to the school administration in the third place with an arithmetic mean of (3.767).
