This research aimed identify the degree to which school principals apply transparency from the perspective of teachers and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in teachers' average responses to the questionnaire themes based on research variables (years of experience, gender, training courses). To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive method was employed. The research sample consisted of (326) teachers from the first cycle of basic education schools in Tartus city. The research tools included a questionnaire designed by the researcher. The results revealed that the level of transparency applied by basic education school principals in Tartus city was moderat No differences were observed based on the variables of years of experience and gender, while differences were noted based on participation in training courses.
