Telehealth is one of the modern innovations that contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services and increasing their accessibility.
Objective: This study aimed to assess the mothers’ satisfaction with telehealth services provided in primary healthcare centers in the Salamiyah region.
Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using A descriptive research design on the sample of 51 mothers who benefited from telehealth services in the Child Health Program during the period from June 2024 and April 2025. Data was collected using a seven-item satisfaction questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, T-test, and ANOVA. Results: The overall mean satisfaction level among mothers was 77.37%, indicating a high level of satisfaction. No statistically significant differences were found based on demographic variables (P>0.05)
. Conclusions and Recommendations: The study confirms that telehealth services achieved high acceptance and satisfaction levels among mothers. It recommends expanding the implementation of telehealth services in primary healthcare centers to enhance accessibility and continuity of care.
