Abstract

Digital transformation is a cornerstone of higher education development and achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the educational process. Therefore, this research examines the challenges of digital transformation, specifically the technological, financial, human, administrative, and organizational factors, and their impact on the quality of educational outcomes in Syrian public universities from the students' perspective. The descriptive-analytical approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of students in Syrian public universities. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.917. Key findings include: a significant impact of digital challenges (technological, financial, human, administrative, and organizational) on the quality of educational outcomes in Syrian public universities from the students' perspective;. In light of these results, the researcher put forward a set of recommendations.
