The research aimed to study the role of organizational culture in improving the performance of agricultural products disposal market organizations in Latakia Governorate (Hal Market), by determining the role of the dimensions of organizational culture, represented by: culture of support, culture of rules, culture of innovation, and culture of goals in the performance of the organizations included in the research sample. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach as a general research method, as a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a facilitated sample of workers in the studied organizations The number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was 123. The research results showed a positive significant role for the dimensions of organizational culture in improving performance. The dimensions of organizational culture can be arranged in terms of the intensity of the impact of this role in improving the performance of the organizations studied, as follows: culture of rules, culture of innovation, culture of support, and culture of goals. The research's most prominent recommendations include: establishing an effective administrative support system to address operational challenges, implementing ongoing awareness programs on health and safety standards, allocating material and moral incentives for applied creative ideas, and developing clear timelines and measurable performance indicators.
