This research aims to know the role of organizational culture and its dimensions (participation in decision-making, work teams, creativity and innovation) in attracting human resources in five-and four-star hotels in Tartous Governorate. We used the descriptive approach, and 60 questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of workers in five- and four - star hotels in Tartous Governorate at all administrative levels. The statistical analysis program SPSS V24 was relied upon.
Our findings : There is a moderate , statistically significant, direct relationship between organizational culture and attracting human resources in the five- and four -star hotels.
Our Proposals : providing on-the-job training and holding workshops to enhance their skills and encourage them to grow.
