Abstract

This Study Aimed To Demonstrate The Level Of Application Of Digital Marketing Tools: (Website Marketing - Email Marketing - Social Media Marketing - Mobile Marketing) In Five-Star Hotels In Syria By Conducting A Survey Study On The Customers Of These Hotels.

The Descriptive Survey Method Was Relied Upon. The Required Data Were Collected By Designing A Questionnaire And Distributing It To A Convenient Sample Of Five-Star Hotel Customers In Syria, Totaling 384 Clients. To Analyze The Data, The Researcher Used The Statistical Software SPSS V26.

One Of The Most Important Findings Of The Study Was That Five-Star Hotels In Syria Have A High Level Of Digital Marketing According To The Opinions Of The Study Sample. It Was Found That The Most Important Tool For The Study Sample Is Social Media Marketing, Followed By Website Marketing, Then Email Marketing, And Finally Mobile Marketing.

The Study Recommended That Five-Star Hotels Should Focus On All Digital Marketing Tools Without Neglecting Any Tool, As The Essence Of Digital Marketing Relies On The Integration Of Its Tools To Achieve Marketing Objectives.
