Abstract

The research aims mainly to shed light on the entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions (creativity, proactivity, risk tolerance) and to shed light on organizational commitment and its dimensions (emotional commitment, normative commitment (moral, continuous commitment) and to highlight the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational commitment. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach. In the theoretical framework, the researcher addressed the concept of entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions (creativity, proactivity, risk tolerance) and also addressed the concept of organizational commitment and its dimensions (emotional commitment, moral commitment, continuous commitment). As for the practical framework, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the required data, and the (SPSS23) program was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses and reach the research results. The research reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a good positive moral impact of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational commitment in the study area.
