Abstract

This research aimed to study the impact of continuous improvement in its three dimensions: (employee awareness and training, teamwork, productivity improvement) on job performance in its dimensions: (task performance, contextual performance, adaptive performance) for employees of Human Pharma Pharmaceutical Industries Company. The descriptive approach was used in the theoretical aspect, while the questionnaire was relied upon as the main tool for the study in the practical aspect. To test the hypotheses, the statistical analysis program (Spss V25) was used, and simple regression was relied upon to measure the effect. The most important results were: There is a strong positive correlation between each of the aforementioned dimensions of continuous improvement and the job performance of the employees of the company under study.
