الحرائق في الساحل السوري ( دراسة حالة: الحرائق عام 2025م)

Abstract

This research examines the economic impact of the fires that occurred in the Syrian coastal region during the summer of 2025. It studies the natural and human factors that contributed to the outbreak and spread of these fires, analyzes their causes, and assesses the areas destroyed by the fires on the Syrian coast. The study also examines the impact of these fires on the region's productive economic sectors (agriculture, industry, tourism, and trade) and their effect on the Syrian local economy. The research concludes with a set of findings and proposals that can contribute to reducing the outbreak of fires and mitigating their effects, particularly the economic ones, and to assisting in the restoration of forests in Syria, given their environmental, social, and economic importance.
