The research aimed to identify the degree of agile leadership practices by Primary Education School Principals (Cycle 1) in Latakia City from the teachers' perspective, across its dimensions: (Humility, Composure, Wisdom in Action, Patience, Objectivity, and Trust). Furthermore, it aimed to determine the statistical significance of differences among the mean scores of the sample members in the degree of agile leadership practice according to the variables of (Gender, Educational Qualification, and Years of Experience).
The research adopted the descriptive method. The size of the research sample was (328) male and female teachers, to whom the questionnaire (the research instrument) was distributed, and (318) complete and valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis.
The results showed that the degree of agile leadership practice among school principals was at a medium level due to a sharp disparity among the dimensions. The dimensions were ranked in descending order according to the degree of practice as follows: Composure led the ranking, followed by Humility, then Wisdom in Action, and Patience all at a high degree. At the bottom of the ranking were the dimensions of Trust and Objectivity, both at a weak degree. The results did not show statistically significant differences in practice attributable to the Gender variable, confirming that the evaluation relies on unified administrative skills. In contrast, statistically significant differences were found in favor of the categories with the Higher Educational Qualification and the Longer Experience, indicating that teachers' awareness and experience play a direct role in perceiving and evaluating the quality of agile leadership practices.
