Abstract

This research, entitled (The Flash Poem Between Concept and Problematic), deals with the concept of the flash poem as it appears in modernist theorizing, considering that the flash poem is one of the modern poetic forms that has found a wide resonance due to its artistic nature. The research also focused on raising a number of problems related to the flash poem in terms of naming and multiple terms, what appears in the artistic formation of its framework, and what can be addressed from the problem of confusion between the flash poem and other poetic forms. The research also addressed the problems that reveal its unique state of distinction from other forms, i.e. what guarantees its entity and unity in the poetic scope.
