Abstract

The Aim of the research was to identify the Level of Psychological defeat in a Sample of adolescent smokers, and to identify the Differences in The Level of psychological defeat According to the Gender variable, The research Sample Consisted of (40) adolescent boys and girls, (23) of them males and (17) females, of adolescent smokers in the city of Bananas. The researcher used the psychological defeat scale prepared by Abu Halawa and Rizk (2013). and adopted the descriptive approach. The Results showed that: The Level of Psychological Defeat Among the research Sample Was Average, And There Were no Statistically Significant Differences in The Level of Psychological Defeat depending according to the gender variable.
