Abstract

The research aimed to determine the degree of availability of ethical leadership dimensions in the practices of kindergarten principals from the perspective of teachers in the city of Lattakia, and to identify the differences between the average estimates of sample members according to variables (academic qualifications and number of years of experience). A descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was constructed distributed across four dimensions (moral personal qualities, moral administrative qualities, human relations, and good role models). The study sample consisted of (157) teachers, and the following results were reached:

1.The degree of availability of ethical leadership dimensions (represented by moral personal qualities, moral administrative qualities, human relations, and good role models) in the practices of kindergarten principals in the city of Lattakia is high from the teachers' perspective.

2.There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) between the average ratings of sample members on the questionnaire measuring the degree of availability of the dimensions of ethical leadership (personal ethical qualities, ethical administrative qualities, human relations, and good role models) in the practices of private kindergarten principals in the city of Lattakia, attributable to the variables (academic qualification, number of years of experience).
