The study aimed to identify the level of professional Adjustment and learning environment management, and the relationship between them, among kindergarten teachers in Tartous City. It also aimed to identify the predictive ability of professional Adjustment in learning environment management. The professional Adjustment and learning environment management scales (prepared by the researcher) were used, and the tools were applied to a study sample of (76) teachers kindergartens in Tartous City. The descriptive approach was adopted, and the study reached the following results: The level of professional Adjustment was high, with a mean of (3.4280), and the level of learning environment management was high, with a mean of (3.6898). There is a positive direct relationship between them. Professional Adjustment contributes to predicting learning environment management. Some suggestions were presented in light of the findings.
