Abstract

The research aimed to determine the degree of availability of requirements for digitally empowering kindergarten principals, from the perspective of teachers in the city of Jableh, and to identify differences between the average estimates of sample members according to variables. A descriptive approach wa used, and a questionnaire was developed, distributed across four requirements (administrative, human, technical and security, organizational, and cognitive). The research sample consisted of (93) teachers. The following results were obtained:

  1. The degree of availability of requirements for digital empowerment of kindergarten principals is moderate from the teachers' perspective.
  2. There are statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) between the average ratings of sample members on the questionnaire on the degree of availability of requirements for digital empowerment of kindergarten principals attributed to the variable of academic qualification. This difference is in favor of those with a diploma in teaching qualification. With the exception of human resources requirements, there are no differences.
  3. There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) between the average ratings of sample members on the questionnaire on the degree of availability of requirements for digital empowerment of kindergarten principals attributed to the variable of number of years of work. With the exception of the administrative requirements axis, there are differences in favor of the group with 5 to 10 years of work.
