Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of future anxiety among students of the faculties of education and economics, and to identify the differences in future anxiety among members of the research sample depending on the variable of academic specialization and academic year, the descriptive and analytical method was adopted, and the research sample consisted of 312 male and female students, the scale of the future anxiety list of saud 2005 was used,and the study concluded with the following results:                        

1.There is a high level of future anxiety among the research sample members,where death anxity came in first pace with a score of 3.94, while the field of work anxiety came in last place with a score of 3.79.                                                            

2.There are no differences in future anxiety according to the variable of academic specialization and academic year, among members of the research sample.
